We are cultivating global legal talents and fostering convergent legal professionals who understand local culture and global issues. Business law has two tracks, Global Business Law Concentration and Crime and Human Rights Concentration(International & comparative program). Global Business law Concentration aims at cultivating experts in commerce & trade. The Strength and breadth of the study will provide the experience in trade remedies, WTO disputes, customs, economic sanctions that companies may face, export controls, commercial disputes in general, and labor disputes. Crime and Human Rights Concentration course engages in research, practice in cybercrime cases. Students can tailor their education to many areas of interest in international comparative field specially in trans-boundary crimes and enforcement mechanism.
