The Interdisciplinary Program of Cancer Biology of the SNU CRI has been functioning as the top graduate school program regarding cancer biology in the Republic of Korea ever since it was opened in 1998. By being admitted into the school, the excellent and gifted persons had burned the ardor for study. And the graduates who finished the education within the serious academic study climate have been doing the activities as the leaders at many universities, research organizations, pharmaceutical companies, etc. Also, regarding the professors of this graduate school program and the researchers, not only have they been leading the development of cancer biology domestically, but, also, they have been showing the extraordinary capabilities in the international academic activities, too. And, regarding the professors who belong to the Clinical Department, while being active as the medical team, too, of the Seoul National University Hospital, they have been leading the social service.
