The Tea Science program at Nanjing Agricultural University is a specialized four-year undergraduate major focused on the science, technology, cultivation and utilization of tea plants and tea products. It combines agricultural biological science, tea plant physiology and ecology, tea chemistry and processing, quality evaluation, tea culture and economic aspects to train students with a solid foundation in both theory and practice.
