Organise your accommodation

Before you arrive in Australia, you will need to arrange your living arrangements. There are a range of accommodation options available to suit your preference and budget.

Homestay: Stay with an Australian family in a single, furnished room for a minimum duration of four weeks. Breakfast and dinner are provided daily, and three meals on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a A$290 placement fee for this service.

On-campus residential colleges: Stay in one of the residential colleges on campus, where you can opt for a meal plan. Places in the on-campus residential colleges are limited and can vary depending on the time of year. La Trobe College Australia also offers short-term stays at these colleges for a minimum of 3 nights (short-term stay is also subject to availability and time of year).

Off-campus accommodation: Rent an apartment/house or find a sharehouse.
