In today's business world, it is very important to understand the financial decisions of companies and investors.
The MSc in International Corporate Finance offers a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge on these financial decisions. It is based on three main pillars, namely the question of how to finance new projects and investments in real assets to create value for the company, how to invest funds in different financial securities, stocks, bonds and financial derivatives, and how financial intermediation works, i.e. how funds are channeled between economic agents who have a need for funds and those who have an excess of funds.
