The project-oriented programme combines core economics subjects with courses focusing on tourism and hospitality. Students must complete the following courses: compulsory courses, compulsory optional vocational courses, free optional courses, 1st and 2nd foreign language.

The integrated twice 12-week professional practice takes place in the 5 7.th and 8th semesters, either at internal or external organizations.

Professional Practice:

According to the curriculum, the professional practice must be completed over two semesters at an organization operating in the tourism or hospitality sectors, or at the university’s own training restaurant or training hotel. One of these semesters may be completed as part of an international practice-oriented partial training based on agreements between Hungarian and foreign higher education institutions.

Entry Requirements

Grade 12 with minimum 60% from a recognised institution. Subject must include Mathematics.

Remarks

In case the student has completed his/her previous level of studies in English, proof can be uploaded about the fact that the language of instruction was English, issued by the institution. Deadline to complete the tuition fee payment: 15 July 2026. Deadline for requests of a full refund: before the enrolment deadline. According to the planned timetable of the 2026/27 academic year, provisionally 28 August 2026. (Finalisation of the date is expected in March 2026.)
