The Masters in Piano Performance (MSc) at Széchenyi István University is a two-year, English-taught postgraduate program designed to develop high-level pianistic technique, artistic expression, and professional performance skills. The curriculum focuses on intensive one-on-one piano instruction, solo repertoire development, and participation in chamber music and ensemble performances. Students explore a wide range of classical and contemporary works while refining their interpretive abilities, stage presence, and musical sensitivity. Complementary studies in music theory, history, and analysis support a well-rounded artistic education. The program prepares graduates for careers as professional pianists, accompanists, chamber musicians, or music educators, as well as for further academic advancement in music.
