The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is fostering internationally approved civil engineers, by preparing the largest training facilities in the universities and teaching the latest curriculums with the accreditation of engineering education. To this end, practical hands-on training through lab experiments and field trips is taking place and the students are educated to practically design on four major foundations(Structural engineering, Repair and Environmental engineering, Geotechnical engineering, Surveying and GIS majors). In addition, the educational program was significantly innovated to strengthen the English language, computer competency and international competitiveness.
