The System Semiconductor Engineering, established through a collaboration between Sogang University and SK hynix, aims to cultivate top-tier semiconductor experts who will lead in system semiconductor technology, a core component of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Starting from the academic year 2023, we will be recruiting new students. To achieve this, we provide advanced education in integrated theories and practical applications in semiconductor processes, components, design, systems, and software. We offer opportunities for students to engage in self-directed learning, research-driven creativity, and leadership development. Additionally, we conduct differentiated education including industry internships and field training through close cooperation with SK hynix. The future belongs to Sogang University's System Semiconductor Engineering students, who will be equipped with practical experience built on a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge, making them advanced experts in system semiconductors.

Original documents must be submitted. If unavailable, copies must be certified by the issuing institution or by Sogang University within the submission period.
Documents in languages other than Korean or English must be accompanied by a notarized translation. Academic documents must first be translated and notarized, then apostilled or verified by a consular officer. The original apostille or consular verification must be submitted.
Applicants expecting high school graduation must submit their graduation certificate and final transcript by January 2026, once they are accepted. If not possible, they must contact Sogang OIA in advance.
The applicant’s name and application number must be written in the upper right corner of all documents.
Additional documents may be required during eligibility review. The University bears no responsibility for disadvantages caused by applicant errors (e.g., incorrect contact address). Applicants with insufficient documents may be excluded from admission.
If names on submitted documents do not match, official proof of identity must be provided (issued by a court or the diplomatic head of Overseas Missions).
All submitted documents are kept by Sogang University and will not be returned.
Submitted documents must be originals issued within one year of the application deadline.
