The Korean Language Course at Suwon University of Education is a structured regular Korean language and culture program offered through the university’s Korean Language & Culture Institute for international learners who want to learn Korean from beginner through advanced levels. This semester-based program is designed to help students improve their practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Korean for everyday life, academic study, and social integration in Korea — with classes running Monday to Friday each term. Students are placed into levels based on a placement test so that instruction matches their ability, and the curriculum also incorporates cultural activities and experiences to deepen understanding of Korean society and traditions. Completion of the course enhances communication skills, prepares learners for TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean), and supports those who may wish to pursue further higher education in Korea.
NOTE: The university may have additional program-specific eligibility requirements. It is recommended to verify these on the official university website.
