The programme is tailored to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to become an effective leader in a business world that is increasingly global, culturally dynamic, data driven, socially responsible, and entrepreneurial. Through projects and group work, students fine-tune their planning and collaboration skills, and garner experience in intercultural relations. Support is provided throughout by faculty with substantial experience in management practice and research.

After graduation, the students are prepared for a wide range of careers, such as project leader, change manager, international business developer or head of operations. The second year offers the opportunity to specialize your degree by selecting elective courses abroad or at JIBS, or by doing a corporate internship.

All courses will be conducted in English with students in attendance from around the world, which contributes to a broad perspective on the issues discussed in classes. The teachers have extensive experience of management research, which ensures relevance of the education.
