The primary objective of modern medical imaging and radiological sciences is to enable early diagnosis and provide effective treatment for a range of health conditions. Our department is dedicated to this vision by training skilled radiological technologists and researchers, preparing them to meet these critical needs in healthcare. The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiological Sciences (MIRS) leverages unique access to comprehensive clinical and cutting-edge research resources. Through collaborations with Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, the Research Center of Radiological Sciences, and Chang Gung University, our department offers students the opportunity to gain experience with advanced technologies, including Proton Therapy, MRI, and PET imaging, equipping them with the practical and theoretical knowledge needed in today’s competitive research and clinical field.
