International flows of trade and investment are crucial for the development of the countries and regions, especially in moments of crises. In a world recovering from one of the worst economic crises in history, the future brings many exciting opportunities for the students of the International Commercial Law LLM programme.
In this programme, students will learn from a range of core and optative modules such as international investment law, international trade law, international disputes resolution, international taxation law, private international law of business transactions, international sales of goods, comparative corporate law, competition law and intellectual property law. Many other options are available, including from our world-leading Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP). Students will have the opportunity to engage critically with each topic of study, paying attention to the impact of the law and institutions on society.

Bachelor’s degree - 55% or above from University of Delhi, University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, IITs and IIMs. 60% or above from other institutions. Bachelor's degree should be in law.
